Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using NYTM MULTITOOLS ("the Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately.

Description of Service

NYTM MULTITOOLS provides a collection of free online utilities including text manipulation, image editing, code formatting, data conversion, and more. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from:

Using the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

Attempting to interfere with or disrupt the Service

Uploading malicious code, viruses, or harmful content

Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems

Using automated tools to scrape or overload the Service

Copying or redistributing the source code

Creating derivative works based on the Service

Using the Service for commercial purposes without authorization

Intellectual Property

The Service, including all source code, design, graphics, and functionality, is the proprietary property of Nityam Sheth and is protected under the NYTM Source Available License (NSAL) v1.0. The source code is publicly viewable but NOT open source. Copying, modification, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited. Content you create using our tools remains your property.

Data Processing

All tools process data locally in your browser. We do not store, transmit, or have access to the content you process through our tools. Your data never leaves your device. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. NITYAM SHETH DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL NITYAM SHETH OR NYTM BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED UNITED STATES DOLLARS (USD $100.00).

Nature of NYTM

NYTM is a project name only. It is NOT a registered organization, company, corporation, or legal entity of any kind. NYTM is a personal project operated by Nityam Sheth as an individual.

Third-Party Services

NYTM uses third-party services including but not limited to: payment processors (e.g., Razorpay), DNS providers (e.g., Cloudflare), analytics services (e.g., PostHog), hosting platforms, and domain registrars. These are independent entities. NYTM AND ITS OWNER ASSUME NO LIABILITY FOR THE ACTIONS, POLICIES, DATA HANDLING, SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS, OR ANY OTHER ASPECTS OF THESE THIRD-PARTY SERVICES. By using NYTM, you acknowledge that interactions with these services are subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

Donations

Donations to NYTM are entirely voluntary, non-refundable, and do not constitute payment for goods or services. Donations do not grant any special access, features, or privileges. Donations are not tax-deductible. The owner is not obligated to use donations in any particular way.

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

No Premium Services

NYTM MULTITOOLS is and will remain completely free. There are no premium tiers, paid features, or subscription plans. All 171 tools included are available to everyone without restriction.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service owner is domiciled, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
